Grating Description:

  • One stock panel size: 4ft x 12ft (1220mm x 3658mm)
  • Integral, one-piece molded construction distributes load evenly to bi-directional bearing bars.
  • One mesh pattern: 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" (38mm x 38mm), 70% open area, 1/4" (6.4mm) thick load bearing bars in both directions.
  • Two thickness: 1-1/2" and 1"
  • Plain or grit surface
  • Three resin systems:
  • Type VF (black) uses a vinyl ester resin base to provide excellent corrosion resistance over a broad PH range, with a Class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less.
  • Type PF (green) uses an isophthalic resin base to provide superior acid resistance while providing moderate resistance to caustic and solvent environments, with a Class 1 flame spread rating of 25 or less. Optional colors are available upon request.
  • Type GF (light gray) general purpose and low acidic environments.
